项目依地理特征打造一个依山旁湖，错落有致的生态化全龄康养社区。采用组团聚落式分布、
错层台地+露台的处理手法规划，元素提取古城遗址，抽象其三横三纵的规划肌理，
重组形成规则的组团围合，拉高拍低，首排拍低，后排无遮挡处拉高补量，形成富有韵律的天际线。
趣味组合的院落形成独特的巷道，满足私密与开敞的不同需求。
两个基本单元建筑基底的适度变化演变出三种类型，将单元通过前后错动、
东西镜像形成错落围合的放大空间，组团院落强调私密围合，与传统布局方式相比，
在庭院空间的层次性、趣味性和私密性上都有显著提升。
组团形成的鱼骨状巷道不会一眼望穿，有助于保证各小组团的私密感和趣味性的形成。

the treatment method of cluster settlement distribution and staggered platform is adopted for planning.

Barcelona resort hotel is introduced into the project,
taking the Mediterranean tradition as the root,
the characteristics of 2000 year old ancient capital as the soul,
taking the advantages of more than 10 years of intensive cultivation of
the health care industry of Zhongyi group as the driving force,
integrating more than 20 years of health care industry design of Ketu design and
the experience precipitation of more than 100 landing examples,
so as to build an international livable smart life and health city with health care resort as the core.
第四代建筑超前理念设计：整个项目外墙全部实现垂直绿化，长满花草树木，
彻底改变目前城市钢筋水泥林立的枯燥环境，家园变花园，建筑变园林；
其绿化率超过100%，使建筑达到了“零占地”，如同给城市建设了一座垂直绿色公园。
