2023年TITAN 泰坦地产奖于2023年10月公布，收到的参赛作品数量惊人，超过2,000件作品来自35个国家，包括但不限于美国、菲律宾、中国、墨西哥、西班牙、英国、加拿大、新加坡等。在近两千份设计作品的激烈角逐中，中铁·春台望康复养老照护中心荣获TITAN Interior Design - Healthcare 金奖，这是在国际范围内获得的行业肯定与嘉许。

本届获奖作品——中铁·春台望康复养老照护中心，以“都市桃花源”的设计理念进行空间场所打造，并根据对老人的心理、行为、作息以及爱好等特征出发，注入人文温度，打造承载社交学习、运动康复、文娱颐乐于一体的温馨场域。其专业力、创造力、对工艺的执着追求和美感的塑造，赢得国际市场及业界的广泛认可，最终从全球35个国家2000多件参赛作品中脱颖而出，斩获2023美国TITANInterior Design - Healthcare 金奖，让中铁·春台项目入列世界美学坐标，于国际舞台彰显专业影响力。
This year’s award-winning project, China Railway·Chuntaiwang Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, uses the design concept of "Urban Peach Blossom Spring" to create a space and place, and injects humanistic warmth based on the psychology, behavior, daily routine and hobbies of the elderly. Create a warm place that integrates social learning, sports rehabilitation, entertainment and fun. Its professionalism, creativity, persistent pursuit of craftsmanship and aesthetic shaping finally stood out from more than 2,000 entries from 35 countries around the world.
